This monologue describes cases of personal self-sacrifice and their aftermath on the emotional, cognitive and pedagogic level as observed from a comprehensive stance on Israeli society, a society that produces victims of circumstance rather than choice or ideology. In doing so, the monologue deals with the outcomes of self-sacrifice for the victims of circumstance and attempts to modify Israel's perception of the notion.
