Passion as Deception

The article explores passion through descriptions of how different individuals cope with emotion. Normative sexual passion, the main subject of the article. Stress in lain on the fact that although some common passions lack social legitimacy, people often are unaware or do not recognize them as such even when they are problematic or destructive. Considerable damage is caused in consequence. Several tools are suggested to clearly diagnose the emotions belonging to this type of passion.
